Important Information – Corona Virus: New Cancellation & Bookings Modifications

Dear Esteemed Guest,

With the unprecedented challenges resulting from the global pandemic (COVID-19), Conference Hotels Limited remains committed to the safety, comfort and general well-being of our guests and employees. We empathize with those affected by the virus and can’t thank enough the frontline personnel working round the clock to curtail the spread.

We would like to intimate you on our efforts to serve you even better during this trying period and make your next planned stay as seamless and stressfree as possible. Kindly take note as we avail you these updates:

Flexibility on your travel plans.

Individual Reservations:

Conference Hotels Limited is offering free modification of reservations for guests who have made bookings before June 30, 2020.

This is however applicable to bookings made directly on our hotel website. Kindly contact us directly for this modification.

Group Reservations:

We will also allow groups who have booked for stays before 30th of June, 2020 to modify reservations for free if the new booking falls within six (6) months from the previous booking date. This may attract rate supplements depending on the new dates with exceptions as the case may be.

We Clean, We Care, We welcome:

Not oblivious to the heightened global cleaning protocols to ensure a secure, clean and safe environment for our guests and employees at this crucial time, we are leveraging on our existing dedication to cleanliness by taking extra and special precautions at our hotels in achieving superior levels of cleanliness, food handling hygiene and comfort designed to eliminate the risk of spread.

Our safety and comfort measures includes:

Intensive cleaning and sanitisation of our rooms.

The safety of guests and employees is our top priority, and more than ever before, we have engaged in the minute-by-minute wipe down of high-contact points all around the hotels but not limited to the elevator buttons, door handles, light switches, lobby counters, bathrooms, pool, gym and all employee areas.

Provision of Hand Sanitisers at guest contact areas such as Reception Desk, Restaurants, Bars, Spa, meeting and event spaces , the hotel public areas and entrances.

Availability of Infrared thermometers at the main entrances to check guests and employees’ temperature.

Mandatory wearing of face masks by guests and employees before entering the Hotel premises.

Training and sensitisation of our employees in standard hygiene practices and enlightenment on COVID-19 pandemic. This is very important in creating the much needed awareness to help forestall the spread of the virus and protect employees and guests from contracting same.

Our staff have also been properly tutored on World Health Organisation approved guidelines to combat the disease and are well groomed in administering first-aid.

Daily briefings are held to review situations as appropriate.

As we closely monitor the evolving situation,
Conference Hotels is working in tandem with relevant Government and health agencies to keep our guests and employees well informed on the provision of assistance on appropriate measures to adopt for wellness.
